Product limitations and liability information
Aegaea Digital products are bounded desk-based outputs. The product page, order summary and delivered artefact identify the sources, dates, confidence and product-specific exclusions that apply.
Flood Vulnerability Assessment
The FVA is automated and unsigned. It has no consultant review or sign-off and is not a physical survey, site-specific Flood Risk Assessment, insurance assessment, Flood Re accreditation, planning approval or guarantee that flooding will or will not occur.
Reviewed flood, climate and planning products
A named review covers only the stated desk-based scope. A Climate Risk Certificate is not a valuation or guarantee. A Flood Risk Screening Statement is not an application-ready Flood Risk Assessment. An Atticus memo is not legal advice or planning approval. Pack limitations combine the limitations of their component products.
Terrain products
Terrain packs use identified remote-sensing or derived terrain data and are not measured topographical surveys, utility surveys or setting-out information. Coverage, date, resolution, vegetation, structures and processing can affect the result. Cut-and-fill volumes are indicative until design levels, materials and site conditions are professionally verified.
Third-party evidence
National and third-party datasets can omit recent changes, local works or unmapped conditions. Dataset availability and licensing may prevent a result. Source attribution does not mean the publisher endorses Aegaea's interpretation.
